Six thin layers, one smooth pair

Both of our styles are made with our exclusive patented technology: six thin, absorbent layers that work together to soak up your flow and hold it in, so you can get on with your day. Because the layers are thin, your pair stays smooth under clothes instead of feeling bulky.

Choose your absorbency

High Leg Bikini: for everyday medium-to-heavy flow. Holds 3 regular tampons without leaks. A sleek, comfortable high-cut leg for those who like a bit more protection than a thong, while still offering great leak protection for everyday wear, workouts and travel.
Boy Short: for heavy-flow days and overnight. Holds 4 regular tampons without leaks. Fuller coverage with an extended back panel, made for heavy days, bedtime and travel.

Both styles come in sizes XS–1X. Not sure of your size? Check the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up a size.

How long can I wear a pair?

Everyone's period is unique, so use this as a starting point:

Spotting days: up to 10 hours
Light-flow days: up to 8 hours
Your heaviest days: change more often, based on your own flow

Caring for your pairs

Rinse in cold water after wearing.
Hand wash, or machine wash on a gentle cold cycle, ideally in a mesh laundry bag.
Skip bleach and fabric softener.
Hang or lay flat to dry. Don't iron or dry clean.

Quick answers

Which style should I start with?

If your flow is medium to heavy, start with the High Leg Bikini. If you have heavy days or want protection overnight, choose the Boy Short. Many customers keep both in their drawer for different days of their cycle.

Can I use my FSA or HSA?

Period products can be reimbursed through FSA, HSA and HRA accounts. Check with your provider, and keep your order confirmation email as an itemized receipt.

Can I return my pair?

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged and unworn, email us at hello@purerosy.com within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
