How much is shipping?
It’s free for orders of $50 or more! Otherwise, it’s a flat rate of $5 to ship anywhere in the United States.
When will my order arrive?
After your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. If you experience any extended delays, email us at hello@purerosy.com. We’re happy to help!
What if my order shows that it's been delivered, but I haven't received it?
It’s rare, but sometimes things go missing. If that happens, email us at hello@purerosy.com with the subject line “Find My Order.” Be sure to include your order number in your email, and we’ll get back to you within one business day.

What forms of payment does Pure Rosy accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I use my FSA, HSA, or HRA for payment?
Good news! Period products can now be reimbursed through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). Check with your health insurance provider on how to get reimbursed. If you’re required to fill out a claim form, keep your order confirmation email handy. Your email can be used as an itemized receipt.

How does Pure Rosy work?
Each Pure Rosy pair is designed to be ultra-absorbent so you can focus on life, not your period. We use innovative technology exclusive to our brand to ensure you stay fresh, dry, and comfortable. Find out more on [How it Works] page.
How do I wash my Pure Rosy underwear?
Every Pure Rosy pair can be washed by hand or in the washing machine. We recommend washing by hand to extend the life of your underwear, but they’re safe to throw in the wash too! Just make sure you rinse your underwear beforehand. Then, wash on your machine’s gentle cold cycle and hang or lay flat to dry. This also helps reduce carbon emissions when washing. Win-win.
How long will my Pure Rosy pair last?
If you follow our suggested care instructions, we recommend refreshing each Pure Rosy pair every two years. That way, they can continue to provide you with the best support throughout each and every period.
How much does Pure Rosy absorb?
Everyone’s period is unique. ​That’s why we’ve developed exclusive technology designed to be more than just a backup. Before you purchase your perfect Pure Rosy pair (or two) please check the absorbency as they vary from style to style. Here’s a general breakdown of how long we recommend wearing Pure Rosy, depending on your personal flow: On days where you’re experiencing spotting, wear up to 10 hours. On light flow days, wear up to 8 hours. On moderate + flow days, wear Pure Rosy as a backup— ideally with another planet-friendly and sustainable solution.
Which size is right for me?

Unsure of your size? Find your perfect Pure Rosy pair with our measurement size chart. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend going up a size. For a more confident size purchase, we suggest that you measure yourself standing with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hip to ensure you get a great fit.

When will you offer my size?

What is Pure Rosy's return and exchange policy?
If something was received incorrectly from the item(s) you purchased or a product arrived damaged, but has not been worn, please email us at hello@purerosy.com within 5 days of your delivery date. We believe you will love the look and feel of our products but everyone's flow is quite unique so absorbency will be unique to you. Unfortunately, due to hygiene guidelines and health restrictions we do not accept returns. but we hope you will enjoy them in your top drawer alongside your other favorite pair— especially perfect for those days you just don't want to worry about what the day and your body may bring.
